Unapologetic artist's statement from a sane, law-abiding, peaceful American Woman — I am not allowing envious bigots in mass-market sports-entertainment and their pals — un-American cheaters who cannot compete fairly — both Democrats and Republicans — to continue to spread false information and hoaxes and perpetrate 24-7 electronic stalking, IP theft and hate crimes against me and my talented family. Whether they are love-bombing me, or using racist nicknames and symbols to dehumanize me, the perpetrators are just voyeurs, sexually abusing me 24-7, and crooks, ripping me off 24-7. Jesus would not bless the un-American closed loop of torture tactics, defamation, victim-blaming, gaslighting and obstruction of justice the perps set up years ago to financially coerce and traffic me and to defame me, and to diminish and distort my family's contributions to the arts, politics and the law. The spineless perpetrators simply have the wealth and mass media power to be 24-7 global toxic influencers — and brainwash the masses with their slander about Jane Rubin — a Multi-Talented American Female Artist and Law-Abiding American Citizen — who does not have their wealth and mass media power. Whatever their identity or political party is — whatever their illegal, gaslighting excuses are — their project is to lie, cheat and obstruct justice. They humiliate themselves. They're losers. The real atrocity is that I have to take legal action to prove these facts.

That objectification of me came from the perpetrators:
Vain people in sports, entertainment and politics (conservatives and liberals) have been projecting their own superficial image and sexual obsessions onto me.

Their only project has been to cheat.
The cheaters have been colluding on ongoing crimes and defamation that have caused severe, irreparable harm to my family and to me.
As soon as I started standing up to it, they started retaliating and obstructing justice, by spreading the fake news — without ever using my real name to do it because they are liars — that "Marilyn/Blondie/Jose/Frank/Ed/Julian/Chase/etc — supposedly deserves their criminal dehumanization process, because, supposedly I am vain, a jewish princess, a person of suspicion, and racially insensitive for not painting female athletes of color — I don't paint white women or jewish women either. I do not paint and draw other female bodies — of any race — due to female-perpetrated abuses in my childhood. Painting and drawing is a physical process. Painting other women is re-traumatizing.
The criminal liars would lose on all counts in a court of law — They know they would lose.
That's why they never use my real name when they are lying about me — except in 2021 in the perjury that Mulligan Security personnel sent to OSHA, when they retaliated against me for outing them for their OSHA and EEOC violations against me and others. The Department of Labor received hard, indisputable evidence from me of Mulligan's absurd perjury of me, and my deceased father and grandfather, whom they confused in their sworn affidavit, wrongly calling my father "the judge." My grandfather was the judge — a PA Supreme Court Justice — not my dad. But the DOL claimed I had missed a deadline (while I was working full-time in the height of the pandemic) and they were closing the case. I have reported this to the OIG at the DOL.
When people are publicly "cancelled" their real name is used. No one ever cancelled me for anything. There is absolutely nothing to cancel me for. I am squeaky clean and always support everyone's civil rights. So the desperate, spineless perpetrators — both Democrats and Republicans — resorted to assassinating me with nicknames and dehumanizing symbols — like Nixon did to those he wanted to eliminate — and with hoaxes, financial strangulation, threats, electronic stalking. Their strategy: consistently pile on big abuses and micro abuses to keep me traumatized 24-7.
It's the criminal liars who are the racists — as well as antisemites and misogynists.
They have been openly calling me — a Jewish-American Woman — their "black dog" and an "overweight, aggressive Latino" — who needs to be "watched" and "trained" by them.
Obviously, they are the racists.
